For the purest our there. 50/50 mix of our Salt & Pepper. Our large grain coarse salt and 16 mesh black pepper mix, although only 2 ingredients, is far from basic. It is full of strong salt and bold pepper flavours which will bring to life any cut of meat. Not to mention creating that perfect texas style brisket!
